Israel continues to rescue her dead citizens while Hamas endangers their fellow living Arabs in Gaza and the world turns its head away from this stark difference in the two peoples' psyches. It is heart breaking on so many levels.

Oren Smadja, in his time of grief, honours his son and all those who have died by continuing to lead Israeli athletes in a competition that unites our world. The antithesis to everything Hamas stands for. I express my profound respect and condolences.

While Israel’s military fights to destroy Hamas it is clear from these posts that Hamas has no military purpose only a nihilistic ideological purpose that mandates acts of inhuman savagery.
