I just don’t think the people calling for a ceasefire have any idea what Israel is dealing with in terms of an enemy and the level of brainwashing from a young age. Hamas are playing with 2 narratives - emboldened warriors with a cause to free Palestine, then switch to victims of an aggressor when they are beaten back. In my experience a mere suspicion on a financial transaction triggers an STR (suspicious transaction report) to the Compliance Department of a financial institution. Is funding to UNRWA effected in cash? Not likely, so who is checking the audit trail? Ignoring a suspicious transaction is also a crime under the laws for the Prevention of Money Laundering. And it seems that claims on how international funds are utilised by Hamas are very loud and clear. Anybody home, home, home?
In one of his interviews right after Oct 7, Ghazi Hamad of Hamas boasted of repeating Oct 7 a million times until Israel and Jews are exterminated and driven out. When asked about taking care of the Palestinians in Gaza, he said that's not Hamas' responsibility -- it's the responsibility of the UN and others like the EU, etc. He said that Gazans are glad, willing "martyrs". Hamas delenda est. Netanyahu is correct, Hamas must be destroyed, and the Gazan culture must be de-radicalized. That will mean evicting the UN and UNRWA and other NGOs who facilitate the education and corrupt economics of the Strip and doing what we did in Germany and Japan to rid the countries of Nazis and Tojo militants.

When I read the story of Noah's Ark I find it difficult telling 3 and 4 year olds about the cataclysm of the universal flood so I mellow it down to them explaining that if we don't care for our environment we will loose a lot of beautiful animals and plants and that Noah was very wise to built an ark to save as many animals as he could from heavy rain. And that is how the story goes during my reading animation session for kindergarten children. Can we have some examples of 'education' material given to Gazan children? In English please because I don't understand street Arabic.
